Weekly Recap – Fun with Flams and more!

It was another exciting week for Drummin’ Around. “Fun with Flams” week featured Flama-Singles, Flam-a-Flam, Flamacue-Diddle, Flama Chuck, and Flaflam Drag in the Hybrid Rudiments Video Series. The YouTube channel @drumminaround reached 250 subscribers and continues to grow almost daily. A new resource page was added, Books and Manuals, offering early 1900s drum publications. And there’s more to come!

Upcoming hybrids in the Hybrid Rudiments Video Series include Zigiddy Bops, Parafladdle, Flama Chucka Diddle, Fuzz Taps, and Churruckitahs. Stay tuned and happy drumming!

Weekly Recap

What an exciting week this has been! The Drummin’ Around YouTube channel not only surpassed 200 videos but also 200 subscribers! And Week 4 of the Hybrid Rudiments Video Series continued with five fresh hybrids. New hybrids included the Didda-let, Dragateenth, Side Flamadiddle, Four Note Swiss Army Triplet, and Cheese-Ka. Tune in Monday as Week 5 in the series rolls on.

In Case You Missed It

What a busy week this was! The Hybrid Rudiments Video Series was introduced, an ongoing series devoted to highlighting a wide variety of fun and challenging hybrid rudiments.
