Cheese Paradiddle

This weeks installment of the Hybrid Rudiments Video Series concludes with the Cheese Paradiddle. The Cheese Paradiddle, also known as “cheeseadiddle” or “cheese-a-diddle”, is a Paradiddle with Cheese (a diddled flam) on the first note. Have fun and happy drumming!

New Video – Diddle Herta

The Hybrid Rudiments Video Series continues with the Diddle Herta. The Diddle Herta is a Herta with the first note accented and the second note diddled. This hybrid is also called a “four-stroke diddle herta”. Have fun with these and happy drumming!

Next up in the Hybrid Rudiments Video Series are Chutuddas! Chutuddas, also called “alternated flamacue” or “alternating flamacue”, are a flam accent with the accent placed on the second note. Give them a try and happy drumming!
